Sampler #1:Thanksgiving Dinner Wines$90
Enjoy some Alsatian Pinot Gris with hors d'oeuvres and with the turkey. Or some guests may prefer red so some wonderful 2003 Beaujolais from the Brouilly area. Use the Noval Port to make sauce for the turkey and the rest can be enjoyed after dessert.

Sampler #2:Lasagne Dinner for 6$78
Five great bottles of Italian wine, and one bottle of B. R. Cohn Olive Oil, Herb and Balsamic Vinegar dipping oil . Instant party! Start with Prosecco when everyone walks in, then the Soave with some Bruschetta appetizers. Serve the red with the Lasagne, and finish with the Moscato for dessert.

Sampler #3:Cheese Fondue Dinner for 6$80
1 bottle of Kirsch and one bottle of dry white wine for the fondue base. Then two bottles of Alsatian Pinot Blanc and two German Pinot Noirs to enjoy with the cheese.

Sampler #4:Meat Fondue for 6$95
Begin with French Sancerre with some goat cheese appetizers or a salad topped with goat cheese. Move on to some French red Burgundy with the lighter meats and some Poliziano Rosso with the beef fondue.
